Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or weather conditions.

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: Slovenia

  • International: 50+ countries

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Everkind Essentials is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are handed to the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or email us at everkindessentialsshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items, and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
